After using it the second time in my oven it had a long crack all the way through - also it was used in line w the instructions :-( Since this can happen, I contacted the manufacturer 2 month ago (was a xmas gift) - no reply ever. there is no telephone customer support either - only a VM directing you to their email INBOX - which never ever replies to your emails. Never again -
