We have had several metal/non-stick pans in the past and I have improperly cleaned our last stone backer. The nice thing about this is it is glazed and I do not have to worry how I wash it. Now I can let it soak, use soap or put it in the dishwasher. I bought my wife a set of these and she loves them. No complaints or issues.

I decided that I wanted to try my barbecue baked chicken recipe in this 9X9 baker. Not only is it perfect for chicken (think 3-4 lb. whole chicken), it is also perfect for yummy things like cornbread and brownies. The baked chicken recipe that I use is no fuss, and doesn't require that there be a lot of extra space in a baking dish. That's when I knew this sweet little baker would be baking my chickens from this point forward. It cooks like a dream--so evenly--and it's also provides a great presentation for the food. It's a wonderful addition to my other Paula Deen Stoneware items!
