I love Anchor Hocking products and this is no exception. I love that it has handle slots. I don't use any non-stick bakeware, I always use glass or stainless steel. This pan is 9x13 and perfect for cakes, brownies, lasgana and other casserole dishes. It's nice and heavy too.I don't know about how you can take this from fridge to pre-heated oven like one person said because glass bakeware is very sensitive to sudden temperature changes. I don't think I would try that.

Was looking for a deep dish lasagna pan for a long time, without having to fork out a fortune for the cast iron ones. This worked great and turned out a beautiful deep professional looking lasagna, that was evenly cooked. The clear glass made a nice serving dish as well. Matches everything. Would definitely purchase again, and will probably purchase the square version that Crate and Barrel carries.

5 out of 5 stars Thick, sturdy glass

I like the Anchor Hocking baking dishes because they are thicker than other brands. I had another one before this which cracked when it was accidentally placed on a hot stovetop, but I think any other brand would have cracked, too. It just seems sturdier than the pyrex dishes I could find in the stores nearby.
