This is a beautiful pie plate. My son's girlfriend was kind enough to bake me a gluten-free pie for Thanksgiving Dinner, but when we ran her pie tin through the dishwasher, it was ruined. I ordered this one to replace the ruined tin because she is so thoughtful (she has baked other gluten-free items just for me on other occasions as well). She's quite the cook!Wespotpourii first shipped out the wrong item (I received a square baking dish from the same manufacturer that makes the pie plate), but when I contacted them and let them know about the shipping error, their Customer Service Department responded quickly to correct the error by shipping out the right item--not only did they do this, but I was told to keep the square baking dish as well as the pie plate that I ordered because it was their shipping department's error in sending it out, and I was not charged for the baking dish at all!Although the box for the square baker had been damaged in shipment, both packages' contents were in excellent condition when they arrived. Needless to say, while everyone makes mistakes once in a while, WESTPOTPOURII's CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT REALLY ROCKS!!!!I BOTH COMMEND AND RECOMMEND "WESTPOTPOURII" FOR THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE ON THIS ORDER!Thank you.

That wasn't the fault of the seller. It was shipped to me as a gift - packaged by the buyer very well I thought - but still arrived broken. I replaced it because I liked it so much, but am still wondering how durable it will be. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with it!
