I have owned and used three of these for the last year or so. I use them frequently for roasting vegetables, etc.for my family of four and our occasional guests. I have been disappointed in the nonstick surface and the inability to clean it well when the food is burnt on. (The best way to roast veggies is at a fairly high heat and I try to get away with just a small amount of olive oil.) So I guess I have abused them but there is no easy way to clean the nonstick finish . Consequently, I am seeking a reasonably priced Stainless steel pan. I have loved the size as they accomodate a good amount of food at once. So while they served my need for a large size pan for cooking, they do not clean well, the nonstick finish is so terrible looking right now and I assume unsafe to continue using. Wish they made these in Stainless or even high quality aluminum as I would be able to clean well. Recommend for only occasional use.

This pan is super great. I have used it for making huge Cinnamon Rolls. Also great for baking Cornish Hens and so on. I purchased 2 so that should tell you how great they are.

I ordered this large baking/roasting pan so I could prepare my roast w/ potatoes, carrots, etc & feed a very large family! It easily held all of my ingredients & everything cooked perfectly! Clean-up was easy...the no-stick interior really works! Glad I got this size so I can fix my xlarge meals!
