As Alex noted in his one-star review, these are INDIVIDUAL sized Bakers, certainly NOT the size shown in the description of the product (16 x 18 x 1.8 inches). The actual inside measurements are 7 inches long, 4.5 inches wide, and 1.6 inches deep. Filled to the rim, they hold 2 cups.A greater mystery to me is why the BLUE bakers cost 35% more than the BURGUNDY bakers of the same exact size. Is this discrimination on the basis of COLOR?

I use these for quiche, cake, custard and a variety of other things so that I can have portion control. Nothing sticks, and they are so easy to clean. The longer I use these, the more things I think of to cook in them.

The thing I hate about this product is that even after you clean them up they still look dirty. I had company over and when I pulled them out to make individual casseroles it was embarrassing. I re-washed them and I still couldn't get the spots out, the silicone makes them look unclean. I would of preferred to spend my money on glass ones rather than silicone. This was the first time I used this type of product and it will be my last.
