Although this product looks exactly like the photo and has a nice finish, I was very disappointed to see a "Made in China" sticker on it.I scoured the description and saw no "Made in China" in the product description nor on the seller's page. I would not have purchased it had I known it was made in China, what with the lead issues and all.

I was REALLY disappointed to see the "Made in China" sticker on the box right after I read the heart warming story of how this business was founded in 1977 and family run...in what way? Certainly not by them MAKING their own product which would have made the product more valuable to me and more reliable...instead I now wonder how they can possibly say that they have 100% certification for being lead free when US inspectors only go over to these factories once in every 5 to 10 years...Their product went from first rate to not rate at all...I gave them a generous 2 stars after being what seems purposefully lead astray...really they should be a .25 star...
