Not pleased at all

I ordered the Spode Baking Days Green Rectangular Handled Bake and Serve Dish for my daughter. The dish arrived in pieces. I sent it back and asked for a replacement dish and it also arrived in pieces. I was then told that they were out of stock. Not a pleasant experience at all!!!!!! I'm not sure of Amazon's commitment to their customer's satisfaction. I'm not sure if it's Spode's fault or Amazon's fault. Very unhappy with service.

I got this pan 2 months ago and have used it many times. It is large, deep, and heavy. It's really even prettier in than the picture and I love having my dinners served up in it. Great size for when you're cooking for several. Washes easily either by hand or in the dishwasher (though it takes up a lot of space). The glaze makes the dish even prettier and stays shiny. Very durable and sturdy, and I highly recommend it. Can't beat the price for what it is, especially when factoring in that it qualifies for amazon's '4-for-3 promotion'. :-)
