Description
Roast marinated chicken breasts in this 4-quart rectangular roaster. Chef Gordon Ramsay, renowned for his hot temper as much as for his culinary prowess, designed the roaster for his new line of bakeware in collaboration with Royal Doulton. The roaster moves seamlessly from the oven to the table with a durable construction and its sleek, modular style. The roaster features a nonporous porcelain construction that resists chips, scratches, stains, and odors for years of use. Embossed bands run horizontally around the roaster's sides, providing traction for the chef in transporting dishes in and out of the oven. The user-friendly roaster accommodates freezer, dishwasher, and microwave use, and sustains oven or broiler temperatures up to 482 degrees F. To preserve the roaster's efficacy, avoid dramatic temperature changes and the use of abrasives in cleaning. Do not heat the roaster while empty, nor expose to open flame cooking. For tidy storage, the roaster stacks together with other pieces from Ramsay's bakeware line. A limited two-year warranty covers this item. The roaster measures 15-1/2 by 11-1/2 by 2-4/5 inches and weighs 8 pounds upon shipping. --Jessica Reuling

I purchased this and was pleased with the size and cooking capacity, but was extremely disappointed to discover that it was made in China. This was unexpected due to Royal Doulton standards and the price of the roaster. Also this piece is NOT white, as described. It is actually off white, almost bisque. If you have other pieces by this line then you can store them inside of this piece which I thought was clever and well thought out.

I already have one of these roaster pans. It is well made and the only pan I have found to cook my yeast rolls perfectly! (I like my bottoms to be evenly browned) It is nice size for one batch of rolls. I bought another from this seller and unfortunately it arrived broken! I am sending it back for a refund and will decide whom I will buy my second one from later, as I hate going through the return process! The nearest UPS from me is a 120 mile drive and the post office is an inconvience.
