Made by Apilco, the predominatnt French producer of restaurnt-quality professional porcelain products and bake ware items in Europe. Apilco has produced quality porcealin bake ware sine 1826 in France. All items are made of hard paste porcelain guarding historical craftsmanship and quality. I purchased four assorted sizes of this line. All are being returned because they can't be used for decent portions.The finish is very pretty, and this was shipped through Amazon, thus the packing was excellent. The other pieces came from the manufacturer and arrived broken. Buyer beware!
